Sporting Clays
Program run by Tom Schroeder
Dates: First Saturday of the month starting in April-October we do not shoot in July
Time: Shotgun start at 8:00 am and 10:30 am
Cost: $13.00 members/$15.00 non-members
50 bird course
Any gauge will do.
You need hearing and eye protection
Some means of carrying shells
Juniors need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.









300 yd Varmint shoot
Dates: Fourth Saturday of the month starting in April - October, no shoot in July
Time: 8:00 am to 10:00 am
Cost: $4.00 members/$7.00 nonmembers
Any caliber will work and any power of scope.
15 shot course with unlimited sighters
Targets are life size varmints that change month to month
You can shoot from any position but everyone shoots prone or from a bench, no one has to shoot standing yet.
Benches are available on a first come basis.
You need ear and eye protection.


Rim Fire 100 YD Varmint Match
Program run by Bud Neff
Dates: Second Saturday of each month from April 9th through September.
Time: 8:00 am
Cost: $4.00 for members/$7.00 non-members
It is a 25 round course of fire. Any rim fire ammo can be used. Also, any rifle or sight can be used.
Bring eye and hearing protection. Also, bring your own gun and ammo to shoot.


Bulls eye/Gallery Pistol
Program run by Gary Woodruff
Dates: Every Monday night Starting January 2nd until the end of April
Time: 7:00 pm
Cost: $4.00 Members/$7.00 Non-Members
Rimfire / Centerfire Pistol. Bring eye and hearing protection. 30 rounds per match.


High Powered
Program run by Scott Hesson
Dates: Second and fourth Sunday of every month until the end of October
Time: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
Course Cost: $4.00 for members/$6.00 for non-members.
Ammo Cost: $17.00 for short course/$21.00 for long course. For the M1 Garands must be a member to purchase the ammo.
Both ranges will be closed during the match.
Normal high power match is 40 rounds for record plus ten sighting shots. This is called a short course.
10 rounds standing, fired one shot at a time, in a time limit of ten minutes.
10 rounds sitting rapid fire. In a time limit of 60 seconds.
10 rounds prone slow fire, fire one round at a time in a time limit of ten minutes.
10 rounds prone rapid fire, fired in a time limit of 70 seconds.
This is a short course, all fired at 200 yards.

We also have a long course that is 50 rounds for record plus 10 sighting shots.
10 rounds standing in 10 minutes, at 200 yards.
10 rounds sitting rapid fire in 60 seconds at 200 yards.
10 rounds rapid fire prone in 70 seconds at 300 yds
20 rounds slow fire prone in 20 minutes at 300 yds

The club will have an M1 rifle and an AR15 available for anyone to use at the match.
We sell 30-06 ammo at the matches, members only, for the M1 Garands if you need ammo.

Due to the current outdoor range construction we have just been have matches from the 200 yard line this year.
Matches are very informal, so if you want to give it a try there is plenty of help available.



22 Cal Rimfire 50 Yard Bench Match
Program run by Oscar Abner
Dates: First Sunday of every month from August to October
Time: 8:00 am to 11:00 am
Cost: $4.00 Members/$7.00 Non-Members

50 rounds- 50 yard target- 20 minute relays
25 shots each relay
First relay at 8:00 am--Benches are available, but feel free to bring any portable bench you have. NO 1 Piece shooting rest.
Sand bags and/or front and rear rests of any type are ok.
Spotting scopes are allowed.

Squirrel Rifle
2 Classes-Scoped or Metallic Sights
7½ pound max rifle- 2 pound minimum trigger pull.
6 Power Maximum Scopes. You may use variable scopes set on 6 power.

Varmint Rifle
2 Classes-Scoped or Metallic Sights
Any Rifle under 10 pounds, any trigger
12 power maximum scope. You may use variable scopes set on 12 power.

Heavy Rifle
Any Rifle, 10 pounds and over. Any scope or any sight. Any Trigger.
